Whether you're a registered member or just dropping by for a visit, you can now place orders on our website.

Availability of Goods

We want to keep you updated on the availability of our adorable goodies! Please note that our stock status gets a cute little update every 24 hours. So, if by chance you happen to pick something that's already been snatched up by another lovely customer, don't worry! We'll let you know as soon as possible.

Orders Placement

Orders are like little dreams waiting to come true! We'll work our magic and process your order within 1-2 business days. Just a heads up, though, our business days don't include weekends or holidays. But hey, don't worry, if you place an order during those times, we'll sprinkle some extra love and start processing it on the next business day.

International Shipment

Currently, we offer international delivery to United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau. Prices on our website are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 

International shipping time estimations are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control.

Shipping to the Wrong Address

Please note that we ship an order at once. So, unfortunately, if we are given the wrong address by mistake, it usually is too late to make a change. Once the package is delivered to the address that was provided to us during checkout, we consider the order fulfilled.

In some cases where the wrong address was provided at checkout, the package is returned to us by the shipping company as undeliverable. If this happens, we can still ship the product to you, so long as you provide the right address and pay for the new shipping fees. However, if you’d like a refund instead, we can issue you a refund, just minus the original shipping cost.

Tracking Information

You will receive the tracking number of your order by email shortly after the order is shipped. You may track your order directly on the shipping company’s website.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Le Funny Cat is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

Damages

We are not liable for any goods damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and goods.

Return & Refund

While we don't do exchanges or returns for used goods to prioritise the well-being of your furry friends and prevent any cross-infection, we'll gladly assist you with any manufacturer defects within 7 days of receiving your fluffy treasures. Just shoot us an email - lefunnycat@outlook.com, and we'll guide you through the process. 

When returning a product, please make sure it's in purr-fect condition, unused, and snuggled up in its original packaging with all its accessories included. Don't forget, you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping.

It's like giving your precious goodies a cozy little hug for their journey back to us, so be sure to pack them securely to keep them safe and sound!

Once we receive the return package, we'll give it a loving inspection to make sure everything's in tip-top shape. If it passes our cuddle test, we'll send you an email to confirm the refund.

Refunds, including any delivery costs (not included the return delivery cost), will be whiskered away to you within 14 days of receiving the returned goodies. We'll send them back to you using the same magic wand—oops, I mean, the same payment method you used for the purchase!

We might hold off on issuing a refund until we receive the returned products or you provide proof of return, whichever happens first. And remember, we can't refund used products—let's keep things fresh and new!
